Mike Evans began consulting for Kelly Garrett’s farm in 2016. By 2020, they recognized that higher fertilizer rates were not driving yield or long-term sustainability. That led them to pursue new agronomic approaches and launch Integrated Ag Solutions in September 2020, focused on identifying and correcting root causes in the field to build healthier, more resilient soils. Mike Wingrove joined the team in 2021, bringing agronomy and livestock expertise. In May 2024, IAS and Bio Ag Management formed Calibrated Agronomy to combine strengths and accelerate nationwide growth.
